There are several career assessments available with extensive research behind them, after taking an assessment you will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a career advisor to help you understand your results.
TypeFocus Careers is an online career program that will assess your personality, values and interests to help you choose careers that match your natural strengths.
Login to your MyPage, click on your student tab, select Academic and Career Advising, then select TypeFocus - New User to set up your account.
Utah Futures offers a variety of career assessments, career & schools options, scholarships and other services.
The Myer-Briggs Type Indicator assessment report will help you identify job families, and broad occupational categories that are a good fit for your reported MBTI Type. The report will also help you jump start your career search, choose a specific job or career, select a college major or course of study, identify strengths and potential weaknesses, increase job satisfaction, and plan your career development strategy and action plan.

The Strong Interest Inventory measures interests, not skill or abilities, and can help guide you toward a satisfying career, work activities, education programs, and relaxing activities based on your interests.

Although similar to traditional interest inventories, the assessments interest scales reflect your attraction for specific occupational areas.
