As the Academic and Career Advisor for the African/African American student population my main focus and desire is to accommodate you with goals towards achieving your educational and career plans. I am able to assist you with course planning, transfer information, tutoring, finding resources on campus and within the community.

I am also the club advisor for the Black Student Union (BSU).  The mission and goals of BSU are to provide leadership, social and cultural awareness opportunities. We also have a great experience learning and exploring our culture through poetry, dance, music, and educational forums. We look forward to your participation in this great opportunity.

Upcoming Activities

Black Student Union (BSU) meetings are in the Student Center room 221/223 on the Redwood Campus each Thursday from noon to 1:00 pm. 

African/African American College Day 2015 - Friday, May 8, 2015.
8:30 am to 1:00 pm Student Center Oak Room, Redwood Campus.  
Please join us for lunch and important information regarding college admissions, paying for college, peer-to-peer connections, student support and leadership.
