Biotechnology (BS)

This evening program is available to students who have completed certain lower division courses through Salt Lake Community College’s Biotechnology.  Students should complete an Associate of Science, "Biotechnology pre-major," degree at SLCC prior to transferring to UVU.  Upper division course work will be completed through UVU at SLCC’s Jordan Campus.

Technology Management (BS)

Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) has partnered with Utah Valley University (UVU) to offer a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management to SLCC students earning an AAS in any specialty area. Students can complete technical specialty requirements as well as general education requirements through SLCC. Students complete upper division Technology Management courses through UVU on the SLCC Taylorsville Redwood campus.

UVU’s Technical Specialty Requirement- completion of 45 technical credits from an approved UVU technical specialty or completion of an Associate of Applied Science Degree from a regionally from a regionally accredited institution of higher education with a designated technical specialty area of 45 credits or more.  Technical specialties include:  automotive, welding, diesel systems-technology, non-destructive testing, and others.
