Incoming Transfer Students to Salt Lake Community College Athletics need to do the following checklist:


1. Apply to SLCC and pay $35 application fee.

2. Send Official College transcripts to SLCC and fill out Transfer Credit Evaluation Form

3. Print and review the  General Education requirements.

4. Call and make an appointment with your Athletic Advisor:
