Your Responsibilities:
1.  Fill out registration form and return with fee as soon as possible
       (fee includes insurance and parking in student lots/stalls)
2.  Attend lesson according to the time you listed as your first choice. 
     There will be no confirmation mailed to you. 
    (However, if we do have to move you to your second choice, you will be
       contacted.)
3.  Lesson times will be filled on a first come first served basis.
     We can only accommodate 24 hitters/16 pitchers per session and there is
        NO phone registration.
        We MUST receive you signed registration form and fee to hold your place.
4.  Dress appropriately to hit/pitch.  (No cleats)
5.  Park only in student parking lots and stalls.
6.  When you come on the first night, check in with the coach in the LAC lobby.
     (by the ticket booth)
7.  Refund Policy: 25% of the registration fee will be kept by SLCC for
     administrative fees.
     Refunds can only be requested up until the clinic starting date.
