We’re back on campus.  As of June 8th, Career Services will operate in a hybrid model with several new changes being implemented:

  • All Career Services staff will wear a mask and follow physical distancing policies
  • Visitors are encouraged to wear face coverings and practice physical distancing
  • High-touch surfaces will be sanitized between each in-person appointment
  • We will only accept scheduled appointments both in-person and virtual
  • We will provide hand sanitizer to office visitors
  • We will no longer be offering walk-ins

SLCC Career Services is still committed to providing a variety of services and resources to students online and in-person appointments. See below to review our services and resources as we work in our “yellow” or low-risk status. 

Schedule appointments with Career Services Coaches:

Career Services offers 3 schedule appointment types.  All appointments can be scheduled through MySuccess:

WebEx and Telephone (Preferred appointment method while we are providing hybrid services)

In-person (appointment required)

In-person appointments are currently on a limited basis.  Reach out to your Career Coach for availability.  When you attend an in-person appointment, please practice physical distancing and wear a face covering.

Walk-ins (Unavailable)

We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment.  Walk-ins will be on case by case basis but are unavailable until further notice.

To make an appointment with a Career Coach:

  1. Go to your MySLCC account
  2. Click on the Advising tab
  3. Scroll down and click on "Login to MySuccess" located under "Find Your Advisor"
  4. Click on Career Services in the location of your choosing
  5. Click on your Career Coaches profile and it will bring up a “schedule appointment” button
  6. Look at the availability and schedule an appointment
