SLCCPay+ FAQs

Besides the ability to make payments online, SLCCPay+ is a website with two main services:

    • eRefunds – Electronic Refunds (eRefunds) is where SLCC students can enroll to receive their student refunds directly deposited into their bank checking or savings account. With this feature, there is no need to wait for a paper check to arrive in the mail. Students will receive an email notification when their eRefund has been processed and can then watch for the deposit into their account.
      Please Note:
      • If you already have direct deposit set up to receive your refunds to your bank account, you will need to set up again through SLCCPay+.
      • If you already have your refunds being deposited to your OneCard/Mastercard, signing up for eRefunds on SLCCPay+ will take priority over your selection.
      • eRefunds can only be deposited to an account in the student’s payment profile. This information is Not available to other authorized users.
    • eBills – Electronic billing (eBill) statements enable SLCC students to view their current and previous term details and make electronic payments over the Web using a check or debit/credit card. All payments processed through SLCCPay+ are safe and secure, utilizing the latest industry-leading security standards.

As a student, you may authorize other users (parents, guardians, employers, etc.) to view your billing information and/or pay your account balance on your behalf. An authorized user will have the ability to receive an email when a new statement is available.

An authorized user Will Not have access to any other information on your student account (bank account information, grades, class schedule, etc.).

Benefits for eBill include:

  • Convenient access to account information and making payments.
  • Payments made online are posted to the student account immediately.
  • Services are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week and are private and secure.
  • Account access is available worldwide via the Internet.
  • Convenient access for authorized payers to view account information and make payment on behalf of the student.
  • Access to online payment history.
  • Ability to print term activity at any time via the Internet.

Benefits for eRefunds include:

  • Students are more in control of their school refunds.
  • No mailing mishaps or long waits for mailed refunds to arrive.
  • Students have quicker access to available funds for text books and school supplies.
  • Convenient access just by using your bank card for your purchases.
  • E-Refunds are private and secure.

Does someone else pay your tuition?
Students can also set up additional user access at any time. The additional users only see tuition costs and payment history, no other information is available to them.

Absolutely not, this service is provided at no additional cost!

If you would like a paper copy of your bill, you can print a copy of your bill by accessing your account on SLCCPay+.

  • Login to your SLCCPay+ account.
  • On the home screen under Statements, click View.
  • Select the statement to view and click View. (Note: You must allow Popups to view your eBill Statement.)
  • Then select File, Print or press CTRL-P to print the bill.

SLCC Students can use any of the computer labs on campus to print a statement from SLCCPay+.

Of course! As long as students have not created a refund profile in SLCCPay+ or opted in to the SLCC Mastercard/Money Network OneCard, a paper check will be sent to the current address SLCC has on file. Please always make sure your address is up to date on your student account.

Call the Cashiering Department at 801-957-4868 and select option 8, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Please make sure you have the following information before calling.

  • Your student ID.
  • The amount of the payment.
  • The last four of the credit card number.
  • The date the payments were made.

SLCCPay+ email notifications will be sent by default to your BruinMail account. (BruinMail Policy)

Optional: You also can have SLCCPay+ email notifications sent to a secondary email address or by text message, which is easy to set up:

  1. Login to your SLCCPay+ account.
  2. On the right side under My Profile Setup, click Notifications.
  3. Add a secondary email address.
  4. Click Yes to opt into receiving text messages.
  5. Enter your mobile phone number (555-555-5555)
  6. Select your mobile carrier.
  7. Click Save Changes button.

Note: Your mobile service plan may block text messages from SLCCPay+. Make sure to add 1(410)100-001 to your safe list if you opt in to text messages.
