Appointment Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, call 24 hours in advance of the appointment and speak directly with our staff, 801-957-4268. Leaving a voicemail is not an acceptable way to cancel or reschedule.

Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled the previous Friday, for example, if your appointment is set for 9 a.m. Monday, you must call by 9 a.m. Friday to cancel or reschedule.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment the day after a holiday, you must call the workday prior to the holiday. For example, if your appointment is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, and the holiday is Tuesday, you must call by 9 a.m. Monday to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Fees for failure to cancel

If you skip a medical or counseling appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, without cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $10.

If you fail to show for a massage appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, without cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $10 for your first missed visit and $30 for subsequent missed visits for students, or $40 for employees.

Unpaid fees result in an immediate hold placed on your student account, and you will not be able to register for classes until the fees are paid.
