PRINT THE SCREEN WITH YOUR SLCC STUDENT ID NUMBER. Some schools require the student to give this page to the teacher. You will need this ID number to access your records on MyPage.
IF YOU CAN’T PRINT THE SCREEN, YOU CAN’T GO BACK IN TO GET IT. Call the Concurrent Enrollment office 957-4760 to get your S number.
Your school may require you to print the Memorandum of Understanding, student and parent sign it, give it to your concurrent teacher.
After you complete the form and the payment screen appears, pay $40 fee with a valid credit card. At this point you cannot go back and change the information on the form. You must contact the SLCC data center and provide appropriate documentation in order to correct your information. DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON ON THE BROWSER. IT WILL NOT CANCEL THE PAYMENT TRANSACTION.
