Step 2: Decide What To Teach
Courses available through concurrent enrollment are limited to courses listed on the state master list that have been approved by both the state office of education and the higher ed institution. This list can be found on the “Course Offerings” section in the left hand navigation. If a teacher would like additional curriculum information for any course listed on the course offerings page, the high school CE coordinator can download a copy of the curriculum outline for that course through MyCE.
If a high school is interested in offering a course that is not listed on the concurrent enrollment website they can contact the SLCC CE Director who will work with the school to determine if the course is a good fit to include as a concurrent enrollment offering.
