Southern French Cuisine

6:00-7:00 PM Bruce Johnson $75 Miller Campus, CART 117
Come experience authentic French Cuisine at its best in this hands-on six course meal class.  Menu will include: Tapenade, Warm Vinaigrette Salad, Fish or Shell Fish Course, Muscovy Duck Breast Man Course and Cheese and Dessert Courses.  Class Size is limited. Register Today!

Supplies:
