Laughter Yoga Expect to be wowed and have a blast! This course will be taught with lectures, discussions, experiments and projects to bring the laughter lesson home! We will play in teams, as duos, individually and as a collaborative group. All mobility levels are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary. Just a willingness to release stress and play BIG!
