CHFA 2420 Baking Department: Culinary Arts Baking Credits: 3- Description: Prereq: CHFA 1110. An introduction to the principles and techniques used in the preparation of high-quality baked goods and pastries. Students have already completed or must concurrently be registered for the CHFA 1110 class.
