CHFA 2510 Continental Cuisine Department: Culinary Arts Continental Cuisine Credits: 3- Description: Prereq: CHFA 1110. Cold kitchen cookery is taught. An introduction to three main areas of the cold kitchen: reception foods, plated appetizers, and buffet arrangements. Students have already completed or concurrently be registered for CHFA 1110.
