CHILD CARE PROGRAMS

Beginning Fall Semester 2006 SLCC will have a new evening child care program. The cost is $3/hour. Possible financial assistance is available. Contact Shalome Orton, 957-4809.  Child care will be available from 5 - 10 p.m. for children ages 2-5 at the Eccles Early childhood Development Lab School.

Parents are required to be a student and able to document enrollment in evening classes.  They must also commit to 3 scheduled hours per week.  The Eccles Lab School is a preschool facility and does not have the ability to meet the needs of older children.  Infant care is costly and we are not able to provide it at the present time.  Perhaps sometime in the future the College will be able to provide both infant and school age care.
