Contracts and Grants Services

The Contracts and Grants Staff provides the following services:

• Proper Development facilitation
• Form Completion (internal sign off, contract sign off, Final sign off)
• Partnership facilitation
• Funding research
• Funding agency officer negotiation
• Interim and final reports / closeouts/ facilitation
• Oversee fiscal and programmatic compliance monitoring
• Facilitation with preparation of media presentations award nominations, scripts for productions surrounding sponsored projects
• Program evaluation, SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat), assessment of program progress
• Training in:
  -Project Director management
  -Contract Management
  -Proper Preparation for grant writing
  -Evaluation for outcome
  -Project development and implementation
• Grant Resource Center
