What is Intersectionality? The Disability Resource Center presents a panel discussion to learn more about intersectionality. Our Panelists consist of SLCC students and staff that discuss their overlapping identities and experiences to better understand the complexity of biases and barriers they face.
Ability and Intersectionality Panel
Poster displays examine some aspects of the complicated history that contextualizes our current relationship to Disability Rights, equal access, and other advancements.
SLCC students bring us along on their journeys navigating through challenges to triumph in college and life by utilizing patience, persistence, and DRC resources. They share what opportunities came and allow others to envision possible paths to take!
