It is important that you log in to the attendance module each time you start class and log out when you leave for the day. Each classroom has a computer to log in. It is as simple as entering your student number and verifying your name. Ask your instructor for information.
Make sure you get a learning plan at the start of each course and follow it step-by-step
The clock is ticking
You must complete each course in the number of hours allotted for that course or you may have to re-take it. Sponsors normally do not pay for retakes. Your hours are counted even if you do not attend class.
Pell Tracking Sheet
If you are a Pell Grant student, please ask your instructor for a Pell Tracking Sheet.
Course Completion Form
When you complete a course and wish to take the next course, please complete let your instructor know by completing a "Student Course Change Request" form to let the instructor know you have completed one course and wish to take the next course. If you fail a course and wish to re-take the course, please complete the same form or email the instructor of your wishes. You will not be registered in a new course unless the instructor has some document you complete describing your wishes. The Course Completion Form shows the requirements you need to meet in order to complete a course with a passing grade.
