General Information

Most SLCC health Sciences programs have special Admission Requirements and admissions criteria.  Students must complete certain prerequisite courses and achieve specific grades before being admitted to these programs of study.  A separate Health Science Application form is required for all Health Science programs.

In addition to the Health Science Application, students applying for a Nursing program will need to adhere to the Nursing Admissions Criteria and then submit the Nursing Application. 

Students applying for the Dental Hygiene program will need to adhere to the Dental Hygiene  Admissions Criteria and then submit the Dental Hygiene Application.

Notice: The Health Science Admissions Office has moved to the Jordan Campus (located at 3491 West Wights Fort Road (9000 S)).  We are now located in the Health Science Building in room 047.

The Health Science Admissions Office will accept Dental Hygiene and Nursing Admission Applications beginning the day after final grades are due for the following 10 business days.
