Course Evaluations

SLCC has developed an online evaluation system to support a broader Faculty Evaluation System.  This evaluation provides student input on Instructional Delivery, Instructional Design and Assessment, and Course Management.  Data from these evaluations are available to Academic Administrators to assist in the overall evaluation of both full-time and adjunct faculty.

Each credit course will have an evaluation survey available online via MyPage for students during the last three weeks of each semester.  Faculty are asked to encourage student participation by announcing the open evaluation period in their classes.  Faculty are given an opportunity to select some questions from a bank of questions that may be used as additional feedback for their own use.  This selection will be available approximately one month prior to the end of each semester.  Notification of evaluation events will be sent to all instructors through their SLCC MyMail accounts.

Results are available online after grades are posted for the class.

To access your evaluations or to select questions for your classes proceed with the following steps in sequential order:

  • Log onto MyPage
  • Click on the "Faculty" tab
  • Click on the "Course Evaluation" link on this page
  • Select the appropriate term
  • Select "View Evaluation Results" or "Select Questions for this Term"
