Janet G. Kjar

Janet has an extensive background in the fashion industry. She obtained her education from Snow College, BYU, USU and Margaret's School of Design. She has taught at BYU's Sewing and Needle Arts Conference; in the Davis Community Education program specifically designing serger classes; and USU Extension Classes. Her credentials include being a seamstress/designer for Utah Ballet and Modern Dance; Clytie Adams Dance School; Bridal Alterations & Design; and A Bride Beautiful Production Manager as well as a sample sewer for various companies in Utah. In addition, Janet continues to practice custom sewing and altering of bridal gowns. Janet enjoys helping students realize their potential. She enjoys sharing her knowledge, skills and experience to inspire the students to work hard and achieve in the industry.
