Graduation Office Services

The Graduation Office offers the following services:

  • Upon receipt of a graduation application, the Graduation office evaluates audits to determine eligibility for graduation, and notifies student of results.
  • Posts graduation to transcripts.
  • Mails diplomas 6 to 8 weeks after graduating semester ends.
  • Prepares verification letters for students needing proof of graduation or anticipated graduation for various reasons.
  • Sends “Letter of Completion” to colleges and universities within the state of Utah as a proof of the completion of General Education requirements.
