Health and Lifetime Activities

The Department of Health and Lifetime Activities is committed to enhancing your quality of life by educating you about healthy lifestyle choices. Our goal is to provide you with a dynamic, constantly evolving curriculum that meets your health and fitness needs. Classes are held in a variety of settings, including classrooms, labs, gyms, strength rooms, fitness centers, and parks and mountains. The courses we offer emphasize knowledge and self-empowerment to equip you with the awareness and skills necessary to live a healthy life long after you’ve left Salt Lake Community College.
