SUBJECT:   Salary Increases for fiscal year 2007-08 

 

 

• Administrators, Full-time Staff, and part-time employees:  Employees will each receive a 3.5% base increase with a 1.5% merit increase.  Merit will be distributed across the board with each employee receiving a 5% increase.  New employees hired between April 1 through June 30 will receive only the base increase.  The new salary schedules may be found here: http://www.slcc.edu/hr/compensation.asp.  Your contact is Marni Fisher, Assistant Director of Human Resources x4812.

 

• Full-time Faculty:  Increases for full-time faculty are being finalized in the discussion team process and will be announced at a future date. Questions may be forwarded to your Discussion Team Contacts: Faculty; Gary Barnett x4355, Administrative; David Richardson x4182.
