Supervisor Training Program

Supervisors are provided with four primary in-person training opportunities each year, and an on-line learning community where they can share experiences and ideas. 

You may choose to attend all or select the training that best fits into your schedule.  The timing of each workshop will generally be from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. with lunch included . Each workshop is limited to 25 people maximum.

The Supervisor Training Program (STP) is conducted by a subject-matter expert and is offered once per semester.  

Aimed to build competencies and develop an understanding of SLCC’s best practices

Supervisor Summit

  • Spring 2014 - (Jordan Campus)

Each spring at the Jordan campus, a more intensive workshop called the Supervisor Summit is held for any SLCC supervisor who would like to explore concepts and strategies for supervisors in a smaller group setting. This workshop is limited to 16 people maximum.
