Salt Lake Community College is a public, open-access, comprehensive community college committed to serving the broader community. Serving more students each year than any other institution of higher education in the State of Utah, SLCC educates and trains over 60,000 students through SLCC Online and at 14 locations conveniently situated across the Salt Lake Valley. As a comprehensive community college, we prepare students in our community - no matter where they are in their academic or career path - to carry the necessary skills with them to the workforce so that our Utah businesses remain healthy and competitive.
SLCC's Facilities Master Plan 2008-2028 is a blueprint for future progress. It is based on deliberate strategic planning, and has been developed in a highly interactive, collaborative process with the assistance of a team of knowledgeable consultants including: ajc architects, SRG Partnership Inc, Wikstrom Economic and Planning Consultants, Inc., Landmark Design and Stanley Consultants.
Through a multiple-month process, using data-driven methodology, and with broad and inclusive input from SLCC stakeholders including students, faculty, staff, administrators and community partners, this plan was developed to guide ongoing development across the College and enhance our institutional mission. This Facilities Master Plan 2008-2028 builds upon SLCC's resources and provides a flexible road map for long-term growth.
