Ideas for the Future

 

A list of potential capital development projects for each campus was outlined after evaluation of existing facilities and extensive meetings with SLCC students, faculty and staff. These proposed projects generally address the need for expanded general education offerings at most locations, improved student services and student life amenities, and reinforcement of unique campus program themes.

eCampus

  • A new stand alone Distance Ed Center will be evaluated and located at campus in next 5-10 years
  • Office Suites

Taylorsville Redwood Campus

  • Demo portable classrooms + offices (1-12)

  • Replace Nelson Admin Bldg (also includes Classrooms, Assessment, Tutoring)
  • Demo/Remodel ATC building
  • Athletics storage
  • Increase sport field support: clubhouse, concessions, restrooms
