Mathematics
The Mathematics department prepares students with strong skills in mathematical communication, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning. This solid foundation enables students to transfer to other institutions of higher education, pursue advanced studies in math or related disciplines, and be prepared with occupational and technical skills to meet the needs of business and industry. The ProgramAn Associate of Science degree can be earned through the study of Mathematics. It requires a minimum of 63 credit hours of coursework, including 22 hours of mathematics courses and 8 hours of physics courses. | Join the SLCC Student Math League |
