Bruin Bucks Account

A Bruin Bucks Account is a convenient way to have money on campus without having to worry about carrying cash or getting change. This is an optional, non-interest bearing, pre-paid debit account. All purchases made are directly debited from your OneCard Bruin Bucks Account.

Opening a OneCard Bruin Bucks Account

When you receive your OneCard your Bruin Bucks account is automatically created.  Add money by simply depositing any amount you choose at any of the ID centers locations.  To make credit card deposits via telephone call 801-957-4887 (Redwood Campus Cashiers Office) or 801-957-3306 (City Campus Cashiers Office). Hours for cashiering locations are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Another option available for staff members is to have money put into your OneCard Bruin Bucks Account through automatic payroll deduction.

Using your OneCard Bruin Bucks

Just present your OneCard at time of purchase. The named card owner is responsible for all purchases made and debited to his/her account. If your balance goes below zero as a result of the system being off-line, you are still responsible for all purchases made.
