Refund Information
OneCard Refunds:Refunds are permitted provided the cardholder completes a OneCard refund request form at any of the ID centers. Verification is required and a signature is required on the withdrawl form. Funds on the OneCard account will stay there from semester to semester, year to year as long as the account is active and will not be refunded unless requested by the account holder. Generally a period of five to seven days is required to receive your refund, a check will be mailed to the address provided by the account holder.
OneCard Account Closure:
When your OneCard account has been inactive for one year, the account will be closed and any remaining monies will be refunded to the account holder at the last known address. All unclaimed monies shall become property of the Salt Lake Community College.
