Visitor Parking

Visitors have the following options when parking:

  • Park at a meter and pay the appropriate fee.

  • Purchase a day permit at the parking kiosk:
  • Purchase a hourly permit from one of the kiosks to park in the Visitor Pay Lot at the Taylorsville Redwood Campus. This lot is located on the north side of the Student Center.

  • Buy a day permit at the cashiers or Parking Services drive-up window.
    Note: Day permits purchased from these locations are not valid for the Taylorsville Redwood Visitor Pay Lot.

  • Visitors with disabled placard must buy a day permit or validation at the kiosk. Any visitor displaying a disabled plate or placard may park at a meter for 30 minutes without charge. State placard must be displayed.

  • Visitors to the Airport or Library Square campuses can purchase a day pass from the cashier’s desk.

Note: Kiosks do NOT issue cash/change. No refunds for overpayment.

Metered Parking

Meters cost 25 cents for 30 minutes and are found at varied sites on campuses. Any vehicle parked at an expired meter will be ticketed. If a meter is not working properly, you must move to another meter to avoid being ticketed.

Taylorsville Redwood Campus Visitor Pay Lot:

The Visitor Pay Lot is located on the North side of the Student Center building on the Taylorsville – Redwood Campus. This lot is managed by the Student Center Operations and patrolled by Parking Services.
