Visitor Parking

There is no free parking on the campuses that require permits:
Taylorsville Redwood, Jordan and South City

METERS: Meters are located in several locations around the campuses.  The correct amount of money must be deposited to cover time parked. No refund will be given for money lost in meters.  Parking meters are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In the event a meter is not working properly, you must move to another meter to avoid being ticketed.  Report malfunctioning parking meters to Parking Services along with the lot number or letter, stall location, meter number and the time the meter was inoperative.  Parking violation tickets issued concerning meter malfunctions must be appealed within 24 hours. 

VISITOR PAY LOT: This lot is located on the north side of the Student Center on the Taylorsville Redwood Campus,  and is managed by the Student Center.  It is open between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday-Thursday and 7:30-5:00 PM Friday. The visitor lot fees are as follows:

                                                First 15 minutes .......No charge
                                                           $1.00 per hour
                                                       $8.00 maximum fee

COSMETOLOGY/BARBERING: Designated stalls south of the AD building are reserved for patrons from the community being served by our Cosmetology and Barbering students. Faculty/staff and students are NOT allowed to utilize this area. Only vehicles with the proper permit issued by the Cosmetology receptionist are allowed to park in these reserved stalls.

DENTAL HYGIENE: Designated stalls on the Jordan campus are reserved for the patrons being served by the Dental Hygiene students.  Faculty/staff and students are NOT allowed to park in this area. Only vehicles with the proper permit issued by the Dental Hygiene receptionist are allowed to park in these reserved stalls.
