**IMPORTANT NOTICE For Outlook 2010 Customers**
Employees who cannot locate their direct deposit remittance should check "junk" mail. This problem exists because firstname.lastname@example.org is not set up as a trusted site. Please follow these procedures to make payroll a trusted site:
The mission of the Payroll Office is to pay Salt Lake Community College employees in a timely and professional manner. We strive to inspire such confidence that your check is one less thing to worry about.
If there are questions, suggestions, changes or concerns, we are committed to assist you in a caring, respectful and confidential manner, with SLCC's goals and objectives in mind.
SLCC pays on a semi-monthly basis (24 times a year) with paydays on the 7th and 22nd of the month. If these dates fall on a weekend or a Monday holiday, payday is on Friday.
The Payroll Office encourages ALL employees to sign up for direct deposit. This ensures the funds will be in your bank account on payday and avoids any mailing delays and lost checks. Once you fill out the Direct Deposit Form and return it to the Payroll Office along with a voided check or a letter from your banking institution, your next paycheck will be deposited in your account(s).
