PCD performs viability studies of industry standards and educational components needed for various business and industry in the State of Utah for which current programs do not exist at SLCC. Curriculum is then developed, courses are established within the SLCC community and eventually the degree or certificate is recognized. The outcome provides an up-to-date education qualifying individuals for the current job market.
