Complete the Prerequisites MATH 920 or 950 with a C grade or higher and within 2 years of applying for entrance into the program OR a CPT score placing student into Math 990 or higher within one year of applying to the program. Typing test score of 30 NWPM or higher (current test) |

Submit to a criminal background check and drug testing. The expenses of these requirements are an additional student cost. Click here for the form. | |

Submit by mail the application, background check paperwork, and all pre-requisite documentation to the Program Coordinator. | |

Students may enroll online in MA 1100 independently of other courses. Student registration in Pharmacy Technician courses is completed by the Program Coordinator. Courses are not available online due to this being a "closed program." | |
