SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Login into your MySLCC page (www.slcc.edu)
Step 2: Select the “ADVISING” tab
Step 3: Under the FIND YOUR ADVISOR section select the “Login to MySuccess” option
Step 4: Enter Advisor name in the search bar
Step 5: Select your date and time.

Prepare For Your Advising Session

1. Apply to SLCC.
2. Bring current English and Math SLCC Placement scores or current ACT/SAT test scores (if ENGL & MATH  course credits have not been transferred to SLCC)
3. Please review the Admissions Criteria PDF.
4. Carefully review the Physical Therapist Assistant catalog page.
5. Bring a government issued photo ID.
6. Prepare a list of questions for us.

Please Note

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled. Please be on time.
• There is no free parking at Jordan Campus. A day parking pass can be purchased at the Courtesy Desk ($1.00) or the Kiosk ($2.00) in front of the HTC building..
• Our appointment times fill up quickly. Please plan ahead.
