Room Scheduling
The Tim and Brenda Huval Student Center has meeting spaces available for department meetings, student club activities, lectures, receptions, banquets, and various community gatherings. Microphones, easels, TV-DVD players, LCD projectors and other equipment are available upon request for a minimal cost.

Meeting Spaces
Conference Room 221
Conference Room 221 is a perfect space for meetings. This space accommodates a max of 22 people. The room is furnished with a large conference table, fixed side table, TV screen with USB, ethernet ports and teleconferencing ability.
Conference Room 223
Conference Room 223 accommodates 8 people seated around a large conference table. Furnished with a TV screen, USB ports and wireless presentation capability.
Multipurpose Room (Individually and Combined)
The Multipurpose Room is the premiere room of the Jordan Student Center. This room may be used as one large space or closed off to create 3 smaller meeting spaces. A variety of setup options provide a pleasant setting for lectures, conferences, banquets, and other activities. Each section is furnished with a podium, microphone, LCD projector, roll down screen, and natural lighting. A Kawai Grand piano offers just the finishing touch for a perfect event.
- Individually, each room will seat 70 theater style, 24 classroom style and 50 banquet style.
- Combined: they will seat 210 theater style, 72 classroom style and 150 banquet style.
Multipurpose Room Deck
The Multipurpose Room Deck is an open air deck that can be used as an extension of the entire multipurpose room or in connection with Multipurpose room 233 This open air deck is perfect for a gathering place, or to take a break from that important meeting. Accommodates a max of 16.
Gathering Rooms
Information Commons
Located just inside the north entrance of the beautiful Tim and Brenda Huval Student Center. This area proves a large information screen and directory to guide you throughout the beautiful building. It is also perfect place start a tour or provide meeting information.
Multipurpose Reception
Located just outside the multipurpose room, this reception area offers a great place for meeting check-in or as an information station.
Plaza
The Plaza is located just outside the Tim And Brenda Huval Student Center. This open-air plaza can be used in conjunction with the Multipurpose Room or on its own and is a perfect outdoor space.
