The Thayne Center hosts a one-day leadership conference for student leaders who are looking to explore and develop their leadership skills. LeaderShape Catalyst is a one-day program that centers on learning to develop your own candid journey and connect to groups and causes you are passionate about. Most importantly, this helps you commit to a plan to be a catalyst for yourself and the group(s) you are involved with. Students can engage with their peers to professionally and respectfully share ideas/opinions to communicate what they're advocating for. LeaderShape Catalyst is a great opportunity for a transformational higher education experience in leadership development for students. This opportunity is open to SLCC students in a leadership position on campus and is free of charge.
