When ordering tickets, please mention that you are a member of these organizations. Please note: Messiah is not part of our regular season offering and is not included in this discount program.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for single tickets for any show or Season Tickets in the current or following season.
How to purchase:
You may purchase tickets as early as one month prior to opening night of the performance, and as late at the final performance.
Phone: Tickets may be purchased over the phone with a credit card*. Tickets purchased over the phone will be available at the Box Office Will Call Window.
In Person: Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office up until curtain time. Cash, checks and credit cards* accepted.
* Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted. There is a $2 credit card fee per transaction.

All performances begin at 7:30 p.m. nightly during run of show. All Saturday matinees begin at 2 p.m. For specific performance dates, please refer to our Calendar.
Audio Enhancement Equipment - is available for theatre patrons who are hearing-impaired. The Box Office has Comtex wireless personal receivers which allow a patron to sit anywhere in the theatre and receive high fidelity audio.
Because there is no charge for this service, you will be requested to leave your driver’s license with the cashier until the equipment is returned.
Babies and Small Children - often make it uncomfortable for other theatre patrons; therefore, no Children under 5 allowed. Small Children must have their own seat.
Disabled Patrons - may use wheelchair-seating areas in the theatre. Row D -left & right accommodates four wheelchair patrons and companion chairs. Seating is also available in the rear of the theatre for four additional wheelchairs and companion chairs. Ticket prices vary for each section. Patrons who can be assisted in the transfer from wheelchairs to theatre seats may request aisle seats.
Parking Assistance - we offer a Patron drop off zone on the North parking lot, just off of 15th South and Edison, directly next to the theatre. During performances, an usher will be stationed to assist patrons with limited mobility into the facility and to their seats.
Limited Reserved parking Spaces - these are offered on a first -come-first-serve basis, and will be located in the North Parking lot off of 15th South and Edison. There are approx. 10-12 spaces per performance available. In order to be considered for one of these spaces, you must register for the service. You will then receive a card for your dashboard, which you may use anytime you see a productions at the Grand Theatre. (Individuals with valid Utah State Handicap parking Permits will have first priority. Latecomers - will temporarily be seated in the back of the theatre, until an appropriate interval in the action.
Lost and Found - will be held by the head usher until the end of the performance. Thereafter, please contact the Box Office - (801) 957-3322.
Photography, Sound Recording or Videotaping - of any performance or the possession of any such device inside this theatre without the written permission of management is prohibited. Offenders may be requested to leave and may be liable for damages and other lawful remedies.
Opportunities include ushers, basic painting on the drops, help stuff envelopes for mailing, cleaning help with props and storage at the end of each, help in costume shop and other positions.
