What's New in Cascade 7.6

Cascade Users Must Update Settings:

If you haven't done this yet, you must adjust "My Settings" option.  After you login to Cascade, follow these three easy steps:

  1. Click on "My Settings" link located in the top right corner of the Cascade user interface
  2. Select "Un-publish on Move / Delete" check box. (Skip this step if the check box is already selected). Optional: choose to select "Go to publish status page" -- this will allow you to see the status of the pages or files as the assets are being published on the server
  3. Click on "Submit"

  1. Easy access to create new files and folders
  2. Overview current and outdated content: a graph showing the updated and stale pages and files.

File Upload Improvements

The File create and edit screens have been improved to allow for easier uploading and naming of Files in Cascade. A new drag 'n' drop File upload "drop zone" has been added that allows users to drag files from their desktop directly into the Cascade interface. The system name field for Files will now also be updated automatically to match the name of the file that is uploaded. While the file is being uploaded, a progress bar appears and submit buttons get disabled until the uploading process is complete.
