Students complete two years of Army ROTC (MLS) courses on campus at SLCC along with their General Education courses and then transfer their credits to any four-year university to complete their studies.

SLCC acts as a conduit to the University of Utah’s Air Force ROTC (AERO) program. Students register for the first two years of Air Force ROTC courses along with their General Education courses through SLCC and then transfer their credits to the University of Utah to complete their studies. All Air Force ROTC courses are taken on the University of Utah campus. You must be a full-time student at SLCC (12 credit hour minimum) in order to participate in the Air Force ROTC courses.

Note: You must be a full-time student at SLCC (enrolled in 12 minimum credit hours per semester) in order to register for Air Force ROTC courses.
Yes, students who successfully complete the two-year ROTC program through SLCC will receive full college credit. Army course credits can transfer to any university. Air Force credits can transfer to the University of Utah's four-year program.
