Real Estate License Renewal

Salt Lake Community College is now offering continuing education courses for real estate license renewal.

 

Real estate agents are required to complete 9 elective credits for license renewal every two years. SLCC is offering 6 elective courses to help you fulfill this requirement.

Garry Barnes is director of PW Partners Consultancy, serving clients in financial services and real estate. He is a retired commercial banker having served as President/CEO of banks in Arizona, California and Utah.

 

Garry has been an M&A consultant since 2005 and serves as an advisor for the sale/purchase of small privately held businesses. He is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and Utah, a freelance writer and frequent speaker at banking and real programs. He has conducted over 2,000 programs in 20 states.
