Secure Access SSL VPN

The VPN system allows for remote access to resources typically only available from on campus.  You can log in to the VPN by going to the following link:

All Staff and Faculty should be able to log in to this system using their normal username and password. 

The major requirement of the system is that your computer has current patches and virus definitions. 

If the system says that your anti-virus isn’t current, a quick way to try and correct that is by “right clicking” on the antivirus icon in your tray menu (bottom right corner of your desktop), and select “update”. For questions, please read our list of currently supported anti-virus solutions

Once logged in, you will have links to Outlook Web Access, MyPage, MySLCC, your Department Share, and other SLCC resources.

To run BANNER or LuminisCMS using the VPN, you’ll need to start “Network Connect”. Once you have started Network Connect, you then need to open a new web browser window (or Browser tab) and then log in to MyPage, go to the Employee tab, and click on the link there for BANNER.
