Strategy

Conduct a successful year of environmental scanning in preparation for a robust strategic planning process; produce a strategic planning website and other media that lays the foundation for future strategic planning work; better incorporate voices across campus.

Strategy

Work with Academic Affairs to articulate the "academic strategy" as we prepare for institutional strategic planning.

Accreditation

Prepare the response to recommendations 3-5; host any follow-up visits; submit substantive change requests.

Data Engineering

Solidify the talent management and retention approach; establish salary benchmarks and approach.

Data Governance

Implement new policy, expand scope and improve data literacy and data management processes. Articulate clear process for assigning stewardship, develop follow-up and accountability processes.

Mission Fulfillment

Begin new mission fulfillment assessment cycle, integrate learning outcomes assessment and instructional program review.

Data

Expand capacity to report on socioeconomic status, job placement, and race/ethnicity.

Strategy & Data

Build leading indicators in a data application that allows for more timely action at the department level.

Equity

Have 4-6 team members trained as search advocates.

Analytics

Update Academic Insights to 2.0 with emphasis on decision-making. Develop SLTC and Workforce & Economic Development insights tools.

Communication

Develop a means of communicating the work of IE across SLCC and to the larger community college sector.
