COVID-19 Update

Due to the recent changes due to COVID-19, all Utah State Higher Education (USHE) institutions have moved as many courses as possible to online formats. If you are taking courses at an SLCC campus through our partnership with Utah Valley University, Utah State University, or Weber State University, you are considered students of those institutions. Each University may have a different procedure to how they are handling these courses and we encourage you to check with your home institution to find out the particulars of their process.

We have provided links to Canvas (where most online courses are now being held) for each institution so that you may login there and find information pertaining to your classes. We also encourage you to check with your professor about their plans for your class. We are sorry for any inconvenience during this difficult time. Please stay safe in the coming weeks.

Salt Lake Community College has partnered with selected four-year institutions to provide an opportunity for students to complete a bachelor degree while remaining on one of SLCC campuses. University Partnerships acts as a host for the bachelor programs, its faculty and students.

Bachelor program courses are scheduled online and evenings to meet the needs of the non-traditional students. Usually classes are held Monday through Thursday, and are taught by professors from the four-year institutions.

Students must apply for admission to the institution that offers the bachelor degree program. Do not apply to SLCC for admission to baccalaureate programs hosted by University Partnerships.

Tuition rates are set by the institutions offering the bachelor degrees and the tuition is paid directly to them. Salt Lake Community College does not set the tuition rates nor do they accept tuition payment for the four-year institutions.

Upon completion of a bachelor program, degrees are awarded by the 4-year institution.
