The Gender & Sexuality Student Resource Center (GSSRC) works holistically with students navigating gender- and sexuality-based experiences, needs, and barriers throughout their educational experience.

The GSSRC is located at the SLCC South City Campus in SCM 1-140 and at the Taylorsville Redwood Campus in STC 101T. Visit us Mondays-Thursdays, 9am – 5pm, and remotely on Fridays, 9am – 5pm.

Intentional Intersectionality

We recognize that every person has many stories to tell, multiple lenses to see the world, and, to quote poet Walt Whitman, “contains multitudes.” These stories, lenses, and layers shape the way each of us see and interact with the world. In everything we do, we strive to intentionally acknowledge and honor those layers – especially the ones our communities often struggle to recognize.
