Background Check/Compliance Instructions
To order a criminal background check package and a compliance package which includes immunization and CPR tracking you will need to set up an account on the American DataBank Complio system. Follow the instructions on setting up the account and then order only the Criminal Background Check Package - $29.00 and the Compliance Package - $15.00. The Compliance package is a 12 month subscription that will need to be renewed every 12 months at a cost of $15.00 while you are in the program.
Do not order the Drug Screening Package - $35.00 at this time; you will be notified at a later date when to purchase the Drug Screening Package. If you order it at this time, SLCC will not reimburse you and you will have to order and pay for it at a later date.
The immunization and CPR Compliance Package must be completed and documentation submitted on the American DataBank Complio site within deadline dates indicated in the package.
