Welcome to Cashier Services

Paying your tuition and fees has never been easier.  You have the option of paying online with a check, savings account transfer or credit card.  You may also pay by phone (957-4868 press 1), by mail or visit one of the five Cashier locations and pay in person.  If you would like to divide your tuition into smaller payments, apply for The Semester Tuition Installment Loan (STIL).

You will avoid late fees by paying tuition on or before the Tuition Due date. Tuition  for Fall Semester is due on or before Thursday, August 28, 2008.  A $50 late fee will be assessed after the Tuition Due date.

For Fall Semester, The Semester Tuition Installment Loan Application (STIL) will be available online beginning Wednesday, July 16, 2008Online applications and payments with one-fourth down will be accepted until Sunday, August 31, 2008. In person payments must be made by Friday, August 29, 2008.  STIL late fees are assessed after the 10th of the month in which the payment is due.

Cashier Services complies with  the FERPA law. Most information cannot be discussed over the telephone, however, you have online  access to your account 24/7.  To view the most current information on your account, log onto MyPage then  click on the "Student" tab.  The upper right corner contains account balances. Also, you may check Account Summary by Term for more details.

Check the Academic Calendar or current Class Schedule for the last day to  drop classes of the term you are attending.  You will receive a  refund for classes that are dropped - not classes that are withdrawn.  Tuition is charged on withdrawn classes.

Instructors are not responsible for  dropping your classes.  You, the student, must personally drop classes listed in your computer records by the refund deadline.  Failure to officially drop classes will result in failing grades.  Failure to attend classes does not constitute an official drop.  There are no automatic drops.

Please feel free to browse through the Cashier Services site.  If you cannot find the information you need, contact the Cashier Office at 957-4868 then press 6 or  you may send an e-mail to cashiering@slcc.edu.

We look forward to serving you,

SLCC Cashiers
