Understanding Databases for Mere Mortals

Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of Windows.
Workshop consists of two 3-hr sessions.
This course benefits anyone interested in using any database development program (MS Access, Oracle, Etc.). Participants learn the basic terminology, design methodology and relational concepts of a database. This course includes exercises in analyzing "real-world" database examples as well as relating database design to business issues of participants.
