On-Campus Concurrent Enrollment

The Concurrent Enrollment On-Campus program allows high school students from participating schools to take evening classes at Salt Lake Community College during Fall and Spring semesters, as well as day classes during the Summer.  Participating students receive credit toward both their high school and college transcripts.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. A student must be a junior or senior in high school.  The summer after a student’s sophomore year, he or she is considered a junior.  The summer after a student graduates from high school, he or she is no longer eligible to participate in Concurrent Enrollment.
  2. Students must follow all instructions in the packet below, which show how to apply for admission to the college, register for classes, and submit test scores required for most classes.
  3. After registering, students must submit the two required forms (The “High School Approval Form” and the “Student and Parent Memorandum of Understanding”), which can be found in the packet below, by the published deadline.  Registered students found without forms will be dropped from all Concurrent On-Campus classes.
